3.1 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are processed within 7 days if service is faulty.
- No refunds after 14 days of purchase.
- Chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.
3.2 Cancellation
- Users may cancel subscriptions via their account dashboard.
- No prorated refunds for partial months.
